Possible DT now limiting our long term profit on previous trade

Crude almost touched yesterday's high pivot at 82.94 ( missed by 1 tick ) creating a well defined zone to break to the upside
Risky option 1 : Buy Stop above 83.00
The bad is we have another high pivot at 83.08...
so, we should wait at least a break above 83.10
